Grabbed lunch at Potbelly and the best part was how easy it was to park. Pulled in, found a spot right away, and didn’t have to circle the lot or deal with any of that hassle. The food was good too, but not stressing over parking was the win. I’ll go back...

The sandwich was definitely tasty, I’ll give them that. Ordering on the site was easy too, which I appreciated because sometimes that’s half the battle. But then I got to the price and kind of paused. Like, it wasn’t bad food at all, but for what I paid, I expected maybe a little more. The portion was fine, just not the kind of size where you’re like, wow, great deal. I’d probably order again if I was craving it, but not something I’d make a regular habit.

The veggies tasted really fresh, and the bread was nice and soft. It actually reminded me a bit of the simple sandwiches my family used to make at home, which I liked. Good overall...

I had a problem where my online order wasn’t showing up right, so I reached out to customer service and they got back to me quicker than I thought they would, they fixed it without making the whole thing feel like a hassle, I did have to follow up one more time which was a little annoying, but overall it was still a decent experience

My points don’t always show up right away, and one time I had to reach out to support because an order just never counted at all. The app/site also randomly logs me out sometimes, which makes ordering take longer than it shoudl. It’s not the worst thing ever, but for a rewards program, it really should be easier and more reliable.

I’ve ordered from Potbelly a few times now, and the staff has always been super nice! Even when it’s busy, they still take a second to say hi and make sure my order is right. It just makes the whole visit feel easy and pleasant 😊

Food was fine. Nothing bad there. But the place felt kind of messy. Sticky tables. Crumbs on the seats. Trash area was full too. Staff was nice enough. Just wish it looked cleaner inside.

I ordered on potbelly for lunch pickup and, it was smooth. The site was easy enough to figure out, and my order went through with no problems. When I got there, my bag was already sitting on the pickup shelf with my name on it, so... no waiting around or needing to ask anyone. The sandwich was warm, the chips were in the bag, and everything was right. Just a simple, easy pickup, and yeah, I’d definitely do it again.

Ordered lunch from potbelly.com and pickup was painless. The sandwiches were ready basically around the time they said, so I was feeling great for about five seconds. My sandwich was totally fine, but my coworker specifically asked for no onions and still got onions, which apparently turned into the lunch betrayal of the century. One of the chip bags was the wrong flavor too, so naturally we acted like the entire operation had collapsed. the food still tasted good and it wasn’t some massive disaster, but if you order online, you kind of expect the little details to be right. I’d probably order again, but next time I’m absolutely checking the bag before leaving like I’m inspecting evidence at a crime scene.
